Have you ever wondered what it takes to manage a celebrity's Web 2.0 online persona? 

Here is an actual job requirements list:
  • You are a social media expert with Google Analytics, SEO and SEM experience
  • You have experience launching, building and managing communities online
  • You are addicted to social networks such as MySpace or Facebook, technology and social media blogs, and playing around with new technologies such as Twitter.  You are constantly thinking about how they can be leveraged by a branded social network.
  • You love creating and maintaining relationships.
  • You are an analytics nerd (ouch!) and adore metrics (now that's a better description of a stats lover like me) because they show off your success and help determine your new goals.
  • You have some design and photoshop experience.
  • You know how to moderate content and when to ban party crashers.
  • You are a popular culture addict and passionate about the intersection of Silicon Valley and Hollywood.
So there you go, do you meet the requirements?  Ohh, I forgot one more thing, you must go to Harvard.  This ad was posted by Brandcasting Unlimited in a Harvard-only job site because they are looking for a Web 2.0 Media Manager for Britney Spears.  Still interested?
